Oprah, Kirstie Alley, and The Bikini
Since South Africa lags a few months behind the U.S. in broadcasting new episodes of The Oprah Winfrey Show, we are issuing this as an early warning.
Brace yourselves, South Africans, because in a show that was taped in Chicago yesterday, Fat Actress star Kirstie Alley made good on a promise she made Oprah one year ago: That she would lose weight and come back to appear in a bikini on Oprah’s stage.
Now, lose weight, she did. A very impressive 75 pounds (34 kilos).
Thing is - and we really do not want to diminish Kirstie’s accomplishment - when one has a lot of excess weight to begin with, shedding 75 pounds hardly makes a dent.
From the look of the photograph, we think Kirstie may actually have a “thigh”roid problem.

In echoing Angels viewpoint - mmm, I must say it conjours up images (slideshow) of my favourite Redafrican. Some of her escapades, which inlcude what J.C. Bakkes is refering to in his new book “Moer die vreemde in” or making coffee over the cellphone.Kirsty Alley eat your heart out, cause MDD is still smitten with his own thigh”REDroid” I’ll have to speak to Oprah for an interview, jump on her couch as ….. you know what?

I don’t understand all the fuzz.
I think she looks awesome even with big thighs.
I take her over any of the Anorexic and Bullimic Hollywood Stars anytime.
