Kate Middleton’s shotgun weekend

Today seems to be royal blue Monday, because we have another royal gal pal story.

This time it’s Prince William’s on-again girlfriend Kate Middleton.

Now, normally we pretty much ignore her in favour of our very own Southern African royal girlfriend Chelsy Davy, but this past weekend, Kate did something that drew international attention: The chick got dressed to kill - literally - by swapping her normal Top Shop fare for full-on camouflage and joined her prospective papa-in-law (at least, she hopes!), Prince Charles, for a little good Will hunting in Balmoral in Scotland.
This of course didn’t endear her to those PETA PETA veggie eatas. Or, for that matter, to the deer she aimed at.

No idea whether she managed to hit anything. We also have no idea why she donned camouflage? Personally, we think it was a bit of overkill. However, she did add a personal lady-like touch by wearing dangling pearl earrings.

We don’t know whether the deer stalking will be a once off thing, and if she’ll now return to stalking Prince William full-time.
