Because she knew that one day, it would amount to her receiving the following honour: being named the sexiest television star ever by Internet service provider America Online.

AOL justified their not-shallow-at-all decision as follows: “A completely knock-out blonde who wears a bathing suit and bounces around as she saves lives - Pamela Anderson took bodacious to a new level.” The writer was of course referring to Pamela’s role in that intellectually stimulating television series Boobwatch… we mean Baywatch… Not to her real life persona, even though her boobs have served as life-saving flotation devices that have prevented many a rock star from drowning in the Pacific Ocean.
